	JD	09/08/2010	I check out Smitty's every once in a while and usually I am impressed with the wings. I went there recently and was not too impressed. The wings were quite soggy, both the dry and sauce flavours. The cook that night needs to improve their wing frying skills. Usually Smitty's wings are a bit crispier without being overly crispy/crunchy. The dry wings had way too much seasoning, it was very salty compared to usual. The sauce wings were overly drenched with sauce, and the quality and taste of the sauces seemed different compared to 3 months ago. The only few positive things about the wings were; decent size, the meat quality was good and it was cooked properly (not raw or overcooked). For service, I usually I am not a big fan of Smitty’s service because it usually gets very busy and the tables are always full. I can understand those situations. But the night I went, the lounge was only half full, and the service was a bit worse than it could of been on “busier” hour/day. So there was no excuses there. On a positive note, one of my friends politely mentioned to our server about the situation, and our next batch of wings came out within less than 10 minutes. Overall, I would still go again, I just think I went on bad night with weaker/newer/less experienced staff.
	Betty	14/01/2010	I love this location! The wings are great and the servers are awesome. All the flavors are good xcept salt and vinegar. The feature called "kicker" is my fave!
	DJ Naked Dave	21/03/2009	Not the BEST wings in the city but maybe the best wing NIGHT. Cheap wings, fast service (provided you get a table), a good variety of flavors (none of them bad), and the ability to mix-and-match make Tuesday and Thursday at Smitty's a wing bonanza.
	jack	28/02/2009	It is VERY hard to serve wings on a wing night, there are so many people, and this Smitty's has the biggest lounge. You can tell which servers know what they are doing. I worked at a Smitty's before as a bartender, so don't knock the servers, it's alot harder than you think. The girls are VERY nice, good looking, and check out the girl who brings out the wings, she is sweet.

	Wingnut	18/02/2009	The Wings are almost always great, lot's of flavors and lot's of beverage choice. The service can be slow but the lines are ridiculous! Sometimes waiting an hour but that's the price you pay for the most popular wing joint in town in my opinion. They really need to expand these places.
	Tyler	22/10/2008	service is sometimes slow, usually pretty decent. The patrons are occasionally real douchers though, loud and obnoxious, but that's not smitty's fault. The line can be long sometimes. Wings and beer are both pretty great

	Anonymous	08/07/2008	The lines can get long, but that's only because so many people go since they love the wings! You can't get a much bigger lounge than that, and even if you did, it would fill up and still have a line! Hint: if its busy during the winter with no patio open, and still busy in the summer with the patio open, there's probably not much that can be done. You can't force people to leave!

	Rick Oculous	12/06/2008	Waiting in line for cheap wings is absolutely absurd! Kudos to Smitty's for building a wing empire out of a sub-par pancake house. And shame on all of you for standing in line for wings - as if it's some hot new dance club! Ridiculous! Once inside the wings are pretty good and they have a lot of flavours. What I don't get is why the service is so terrible. Surely the only way they can make money on wing night is through alcohol sales. When the waitress comes around once envery 30 minutes, it's pretty hard to order a drink. They're so close to getting it right, yet so far away. In the end, you wait in line so you can sit and wait for a server. A lot of waiting for some cheap wings. Not my idea of a good place to go.

	Anonymous	26/09/2007	Still one of the best. Good size. Just the right amount of sauce. Great flavour choice, beer reasonably priced on Tues and Thurs, service can be slow but the girls are always pleasant. They've removed the popcorn machine which is a BIG MISTAKE

	wing nut	14/11/2006	Great atmosphere, amazing wings. Have been to many smitty's with the same owners, this one was much faster, and the servers were great!!! None of the attitude found at the other locations! Will be back!
